THE PROSPECTS OF DRINKING WATRS OF THE ROMANIAN PLAIN
(OLT – TELEORMAN REGION), BY ELECTRICAL LOGGING INTERPRETATION
(Abstract)
The isopach map – between 100 m and 400 m – of the permeable
layers for drinking waters are elaborated by interpreting electrical logging
data from about 1,000 bore holes drilled for water, lignite and hydrocarbons.
That isopach map is useful for the optimum location of hydrogeological drilling
works and for drinking water reserve calculation of this region.
