A procedure for the determination of the oscillation velocity and ground
acceleration spectra in any point of the observation surface and in the absence
of records which allow the direct determination of these spectra is presented.
The application of this proceeding requires the use of some foci, medium and
seismicity parameters that have been or may be determined on the basis of the
observation data obtained up to now for intermediate and depth earthquakes
of different intensities or magnitudes.
Dans cet article est présenté un procédé de détermination
des spectres de la vitesse d'oscillation et de l'accélération
du sol en tout point de la surface d'observation et en l'absence des enregistrements.
L'application de ce procédé demande l'utilisation de quelques
paramètres sismiques qui ont été ou seront déterminés
sur les données d'observation obtenues jusqu'à présent
pour les tremblements de terre intermédiaires et profonds d'intensité et
magnitude différentes.
