(ABSTRACT)


Multidisciplinary research developed within Tulnici geodynamics polygon, advocates for the special peculiarities of the Carpathian bending area both from the structural point of view and present dynamics reflected in the specific active seismicity. This seems to be partly due to the existence of a deep fault system striking toward NNW. Among these active tectonic discontinuities, one of the most important should be considered Tulnici fault.. Active dynamics in the fault area is well reflected in the observed parameters (differences in elevation, gravity).
