COMPARATIVE STUDY OF SOME PROCEDURES IN ESTABLISHING THE NUMBER
OF SOURCES PRODUCING CUMULATED GRAVITY ANOMALIES
(Abstract)
The aim of the paper is to make a study of the possibilities and the limitations, the performances as well as the nature and the contents of the information obtained using two procedures elaborated in order to establish the number of sources producing cumulated gravity anomalies. The analysis is performed on a lot of different geometrical mass distributions. In all cases proper results concerning the number of cumulated anomalous sources were obtained.
