SEISMIC DATA PROCESSING USING ONE- AND TWO-DIMENSIONAL
NUMERICAL FILTERING
(Abstract)
This paper presents some results of the author, published during the recent
years, concerning:
– the deconvolution (or inverse filtering) – spike deconvolution
for explosion or vibroseis recordings, predictive and dynamic predictive deconvolution;
– the frequency filtering – bandpass filtering, notch and anti-aliasing
filtering;
– the migration of seismic section using the scalar wave equation (equivalent
to a bi-dimensional phase-shifting filtering); and
– the representation of signals and filtering (linear systems) used in
seismic data processing, together with a presentation of the basic mathematical
tools used in signal processing.
