SOME ASPECTS OF THE THREE-DIMENSIONAL SEISMIC MODELLING
(Abstract)
In the case of complicated structures, the analysis of seismic sections which
shows the faults, anticlinals synclinals, etc. can lead to confused interpretation.
In order to improve the interpretation in these cases, the geophysicist uses
mathematical and experimental models.
The aim of this work is to develop a mathematical method for the establishment
of an answer of the energy got from a dot source, in the case of three-dimensional
model with arbitrary shape. The result of the work has a practical importance
for the seismic interpretation and can elucidate some problems which usually
occur in seismic recordings.
