CONTRIBUTIONS TO BLASTING SEISMOLOGY
(Abstract)
The vibration control of quarry blasts based on 'propagation formula' method
is presented. After a general review of the safe vibration levels, one applies
the method to five quarriers: Bistrita, Anina, Cernavoda, Moldova Noua and
Baita.
The obtained practical results are useful both for quarrying optimization and
for environment protection.
