THE GRAVITY ANOMALY IN THE BAISOARA MINE WORKS
(Abstract)
The paper presents an image of the gravity field within the underground space
explored in the no. 2 shaft of Baisoara mine works. It is a result of the gravity
data obtained in 36 measurement points situated in a vertical plane.
The image obtained was interpreted by means of a theoretical generalized model,
in which the majority two-dimensional real geological structures might be found.
These conclusions sustain the idea that the great accuracy gravity researches
carried out in the underground exploring works provide interesting information
about space distribution of ore bodies and may bring contributions towards
an efficient guiding of these works in the future.
