(Abstract)
A method based on the Poisson's equation is applied in a complicated geological
zone for the interpretation of gravity and magnetic anomalies produced by the
same rock units.
The complex interpretation indicates a common source for the anomalies from
the Gabud zone: a basic intrusion situated to the depth of 2,800 m, probably
representing a result of Neokimmeric magmatism.
