(Abstract)
A constant temperature difference divided bar apparatus with guard ring is described. Problems concerning the measurement of the thermal conductivity of rocks, on sample in laboratory, are discussed as well. The paper gives the thermal conductivity coefficient of cores taken from six bore holes in Romania.
