The paper deals with a procedure for separating the cumulated effects in
the Bouguer map by means of pass-band filters. A triangular pas-band filter
is used, which weights by one of central frequency of the spectrum of the Bouguer
anomaly and by zero, the zero and maximum frequencies; for the other frequencies
averages are taken which vary linearly from zero to one. The vertex of the
triangular filter may be shifted to the range of either high or low frequencies.
An application to a practical case is also presented.
