The aim of the IVth International meeting organized by the Inter-Association Working Group of ElectroMangnetic Studies of Earthquakes and Volcanoes (EMSEV) and the second International workshop on the Detection of Electromagnetic Emissions Transmitted from Earthquake Regions (DEMETER) is to create a forum for highlighting the recent results and the progresses in the research of electromagnetic phenomena, occurred  in the lithosphere, atmosphere and ionosphere/magnetosphere, associated with earthquakes, tsunami, landslides, volcanoes and geothermal fields.
